Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Due to the nature of sarees and handloom products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
Change of mind
Color or design preference
Minor weaving or thread variations (natural in silk and cotton silk sarees)
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or without original tags

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, as sarees are packed and processed immediately.
